The table below presents the resources available in the ICM infrastructure for data storage. The following classification applies:

  • /lu/tetyda/home/$USER/ is an alias of /lustre/tetyda/home/$USER/.
  • On the rysy machine, the home/$USER/ is an alias of /lu/tetyda/home/$USER/.


  1. /lu/tetyda/home/$USER/ is an alias of /lustre/tetyda/home/$USER/.
  2. The home/$USER/ directory is the same for Rysy and Okeanos, it is an alias of /lu/tetyda/home/$USER/.
  3. Details regarding temporary alocation of a NVMe-oF storage on /scratch/${SLURM_JOBID} are described here.

The server rooms with the Topola, Okenos and Rysy computers are located in two different buildings. It is worth bearing in mind when submitting computational tasks - the time of interaction with the disk will be shorter. For example, computations on Topola shal use the /lu/topola/home/$USER/ storege, while Okenos and Rysy shall use /lu/tetyda/home/$USER/.


Group resource

It is possible to create the /lu/tetyda/projects/GX-XX shared directory available to all project's users. If such a resource is needed, please contact help (monkey)
